Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with P&O technologies (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, DocuSign) is beneficial.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Perform P&O operations work to defined levels of quality, speed, and customer satisfaction, including P&O Cares, P&O administration, learning administration, knowledge management, data, and technology.
  • Address P&O Cares requests to completion within SLAs, ensuring a high level of customer orientation, correctness, speed, and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders within P&O and locally at a site level to support needs defined within the scope of the model.
  • Support projects aimed at improving processes, building up or adapting needed services, and implementing technology.
  • Respond to questions and requests from employees and managers via various formats (calls, in person, chat, emails, portal) to provide up-to-date information. Continuously capture information, work instructions, templates, and reference links to build a regional FAQ.
  • Support the administration of Learning & Development for the North America region, including generating reports, assigning courses, and analyzing training needs. Oversee the administration and site-level support for the company's awards and recognition program. Manage and administer DocuSign to support HR-related processes and documentation.
  • Work together in teams during improvement meetings, bringing positive perspectives and ideas to improve processes and services. Support the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Lead in analyzing data to identify root causes and opportunities for future improvements.
