The Owner Services Agent will develop and maintain relationships with assigned homeowners, be responsible for all homeowner communication for their assigned portfolio, and approve and close out work orders on a timely basis. This role requires understanding the financial goals of homeowners and generating revenue reports as needed. The agent will appropriately escalate any conflicts that may arise with homeowners and work with the Property Management department to ensure the upkeep of the assigned portfolio and assign property tasks to the Property Management team. Other duties may be assigned.
