Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly
  • Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late
  • Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including: Beneficiary and ownership changes, Bank changes, Premium mode changes, Duplicate policy requests, Agent of Record changes, Coverage reductions, Over-age policy conversion, Lapse and reinstatement, Cancellation, Death claims
  • Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information
  • Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies
  • Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension
  • Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele
