About The Position

Clean Harbors is hiring an OTR Class A Roll-Off/End Dump Owner Operator based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The route runs from Chattanooga to Tennessee and Arkansas. The role averages $200,000–$250,000 per year and provides weekly home time. Compensation covers all on-duty time through hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay. The position involves transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste while following health, safety, company, and Department of Transportation requirements.

Requirements

Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
At least 12 months of Class A driving experience.
Pump required if applicable: Wet-Kit, Roper Pump, or Hydraulic.
Ability to climb and work from heights.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
Ability to use required technology, including mobile applications and computer software.

Responsibilities

Comply with health and safety practices, policies, and processes, and act safely at all times.
Pick up waste at customer locations using roll-off and/or end-dump units.
Adhere to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of units.
Properly load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste and secure loads.
Placard the vehicle in accordance with company and Department of Transportation requirements and regulations.
Maintain daily logs, invoices, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
