About The Position

The Overnight Youth Monitor/Youth Development Technician supervises clients during sleeping hours to ensure their safety and security. The role includes completing and documenting regular room checks during the shift and assisting with the morning wake-up routine by educating, guiding, and directing clients in ways that promote their growth and development. This is a full-time, overnight position at Abraxas Ohio in Shelby, Ohio, working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with weekends required. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is not required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years of age.
Required criminal clearances, including applicable state and child clearances through BCI&I and, if necessary, the FBI.
Non-communicable diseases physical exam and drug test.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
