About The Position
Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty in Colorado Springs is seeking a caring and energetic "people person" with a passion for animals to join their team as an Overnight Veterinary Client Service Representative. This role is crucial in supporting the emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting guests. The position involves educating clients and referring veterinarians about services, providing compassionate support, coordinating emergency room check-ins, handling reminder and follow-up communications via phone and email, and accurately updating client/pet records.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate unexpected situations.
- Ability to provide outstanding service and build positive relationships.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and adapts to situations where protocols may not apply.
- Ability to handle unanticipated tasks with grace.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service required.
- Veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities
