About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring a full-time Overnight Valet Attendant at The Edition in Miami Beach, Florida. The position pays starting at $17.00 per hour plus tips and works an overnight shift. The role involves providing guest service, parking vehicles safely, communicating clearly about rates and procedures, and supporting the valet operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Basic ability to handle U.S. currency, including addition and subtraction, and understand instructions or memos.
• Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the United States if hired.
• Ability to follow instructions and remain calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Must remain alert and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for extended periods; occasionally sit, climb, or balance; occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Flexible availability for special shifts as needed, including second shift, third shift, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest requests and concerns efficiently and find solutions to problems.
• Provide directions using knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Explain valet rates and procedures clearly to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note and report any findings.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Immediately report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a clean, complete uniform throughout each shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
