About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place stock in the correct shelf location until the assigned area is complete. The posting also describes Food Clerk work in Fresh departments: creating a welcoming store experience by serving customers, maintaining product displays, stocking and rotating merchandise, following food safety procedures, and supporting store operations across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.

Responsibilities

Take stock from an l-cart or pallet and place it in the correct shelf location using the location codes on the box.
Continue stocking until the assigned area is finished.
Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery departments.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
