About The Position

The Night Crew Supervisor oversees overnight store operations with a primary focus on stocking, merchandising, and ensuring the store is customer‑ready for the next business day. This role supervises night crew associates, ensures efficient workflow, maintains safety standards, and supports inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Supervise overnight stocking and merchandising activities to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure shelves, displays, and endcaps are stocked, faced, and signed correctly
  • Verify aisles are organized, clean, and ready for morning business
  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate night crew associates
  • Assign nightly workloads and monitor productivity and performance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and work standards
  • Ensure accurate stocking of freight according to planograms and department standards
  • Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or damages to store leadership
  • Assist with inventory counts and shrink prevention efforts
  • Enforce safe work practices, including proper use of equipment and handling of product
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and loss prevention policies
  • Communicate nightly progress, issues, and opportunities to store leadership
  • Support other departments as needed during overnight hours
  • Assist with store opening readiness and transition to day crew
