About The Position

This position is responsible for stocking products in the correct shelf locations, using location codes on boxes, and completing the assigned area. The Stocking Clerk helps keep store shelves ready for customers by moving products from pallets or carts, stocking food and grocery items, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The role works overnight to prepare the store for the day ahead, coordinates with leadership to complete assigned areas on time, and may assist customers or support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately, using location codes on boxes.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
