Overnight Stocking Team Member

About The Position

This position stocks food and grocery products by moving items from carts or pallets to the correct shelf locations, using the location codes on the boxes. The Stocking Clerk helps keep the store running smoothly and prepares shelves for customers by completing assigned areas efficiently and accurately. The role also includes pulling backstock, disposing of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, interacting respectfully with customers when needed, and supporting other tasks as needed. This position works overnight shifts.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoyment of teamwork and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.
