About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. Maintains product display signage and applies labels or sales tags so that product information and prices are visible. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.

Keeps the club neat, clean, and organized through general housekeeping, including removing trash and cardboard. Follows club policies and procedures and may perform other assigned duties, including work in other departments. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Team members are expected to support club policies and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, provide a safe and positive environment, collaborate respectfully, maintain a friendly attitude, and deliver service excellence to members. The role also supports daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; lifting and moving objects over 50 pounds may be required with assistance.
• Frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop to examine or scan merchandise.

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience.
