About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and properly signed. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures. Keeps the club neat, clean, and organized by performing housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard. Maintains club policies and procedures and may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. The role also supports safe, positive member experiences and the club’s daily service and presentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; heavier or awkward objects may need to be moved with assistance.
• Frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop to examine or scan merchandise.
• Spend most of the time moving continuously on hard surfaces.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked and product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Maintain display signage, create labels, and apply merchandise sales tags.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform general housekeeping, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support a safe and positive environment for members and team members, and address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
