About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. Maintains product display signage and clear, visible labels and price tags. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures. Keeps the club neat, clean, and organized by performing general housekeeping, including removing trash and cardboard. Follows club policies and procedures, provides member service, and may perform other assigned duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; lifting and moving heavier or awkward objects over 50 pounds may be required with assistance.
• Frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop while examining or scanning merchandise.

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; keep merchandise fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage and create or apply labels and sales tags so product labels and prices are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Follow club policies and procedures and support their application and compliance.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Work with the team to meet club standards, execute promotional plans, and maintain accurate signage and a clean, organized club.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
