About The Position

The Overnight Sales Associate supports store sales and operations during overnight shifts, which vary from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. or 11 p.m.–8 a.m. The starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2 differential for work between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The role includes sales, customer service, maintaining store standards, handling merchandise, and assisting management. Promotion opportunities may be available every three months based on individual performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods and read computer terminals.
Ability to push, pull, or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
Ability to work overnight shifts from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. or 11 p.m.–8 a.m. to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals.
Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
Address customer needs and exceed expectations by following the UNIQLO service standard, Fundamental Principles, and six standard phrases.
Know fitting room standards and provide assistance as needed.
Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor in a full size run.
Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues.
Provide customers with product and brand knowledge.
Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions.
Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
