About The Position

The Overnight Flow Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. The associate follows operational, merchandise, loss prevention, safety, and labor standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role includes processing customer transactions and merchandise, maintaining store recovery and cleanliness, supporting shrink-reduction efforts, and contributing to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with customers while embodying the company’s customer experience principles.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and provide correct change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
