Overnight Flow Associate - Part Time
About The Position
The Overnight Flow Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support business needs. The associate supports a positive store culture, helps process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery and shrink reduction, and maintains safety and cleanliness standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
