About The Position

The Overnight Retail Stock Associate is a seasonal, part-time role responsible for keeping the store fully stocked and merchandise organized. The position receives, processes, and replenishes merchandise using company tools while maintaining stockroom and sales-floor standards. The role is expected to end at the end of January 2027. The schedule is overnight, with shifts of 9:00 PM–6:30 AM or 10:00 PM–7:30 AM, according to business needs. Availability is required for specified holiday periods, including November 20–22 and November 27, and December 18–26.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and push, pull, or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Ability to work overnight shifts of 9:00 PM–6:30 AM or 10:00 PM–7:30 AM, as required by business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Availability to work the specified Black Friday and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by keeping customer-facing areas stocked and organized.
• Receive, process, and organize merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness, on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Restock merchandise quickly and accurately according to merchandising plans.
• Carry out floor changes and operational tasks as directed by store leadership.
• Support store leadership by identifying operational issues and helping resolve them.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards, and report concerns or infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
• Meet customer expectations by applying UNIQLO service standards.
