About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Overnight Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping team at our luxury resort. This role is vital in ensuring that all public spaces, lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor areas remain impeccably clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the night and into the early morning. The Overnight Public Area Attendant plays a key role in upholding our exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, providing a pristine environment for arriving guests and supporting seamless operations in our fast-paced hospitality setting.

Requirements

1–2 years of housekeeping or public area cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial chemical handling, and commercial cleaning equipment operation.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle heavy cleaning carts.
Complete punctuality and reliability for overnight hours, including weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and buff floors across lobbies, hallways, elevators, restaurants, bars, and pool decks.
Clean and sanitize public restrooms, replenishing all necessary soaps, paper products, and guest amenities.
Wipe down, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, mirrors, glass surfaces, and decorative property elements.
Empty all public trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper waste and recycling disposal.
Patrol public areas for spills or debris, perform light outdoor walkway sweeping, and restock supply carts for the day shift.
