About The Position

This position is responsible for unloading trucks and stocking produce. The clerk takes stock from an L-cart or pallet and uses the location codes on each box to place products in the correct shelf location, repeating the process until the assigned area is complete. The role also contributes to a fresh, welcoming, well-run store experience by maintaining displays, helping customers, following food safety and quality procedures, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks.
Move stock from an L-cart or pallet to the correct shelf location using the location codes provided on the box.
Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Work across departments, including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
