About The Position

As an Overnight Houseperson, you will help maintain the hotel’s cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance during overnight hours. Working closely with the Housekeeping team, you will help keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces clean, well-maintained, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a full-time overnight position scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday availability required as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy, removing or replacing anything out of order.
• Coordinate with departments and help with heavy lifting and priority requests.
• Report missing or found articles, damage, and needed repairs.
• Attend to guests graciously, answer questions, and get additional help when needed.
