About The Position

As an Overnight Hotel Cleaner at Hilton Anaheim, you help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel’s public spaces. You also welcome guests, respond to their questions and service requests, support guest room cleaning when needed, and carry out periodic deep-cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and empty trash.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and promptly resolve service requests.
• Assist with guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
