About The Position

Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Host to join its team. The Host welcomes and escorts guests in a dining outlet, helps create memorable guest experiences, and supports smooth restaurant operations. The role includes greeting guests, managing seating and dining activity, responding to guest questions and requests, and assisting with opening, closing, and service-preparation tasks. Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as needed. Previous Host, restaurant, or Food & Beverage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly determine their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to maintain a seamless experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
