About The Position

The Hilton Anaheim is hiring a Security Officer to support the property and Hilton’s commitment to guest security, service, and hospitality. The hotel has 1,574 rooms and is located in Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and near the Disneyland Resort. The Security Officer helps maintain facility safety while delivering memorable guest experiences.

This is a full-time role requiring open availability for shifts between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to work an eight-hour shift walking and standing, and to bend, stoop, walk, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Prepare security reports and records and ensure their accuracy.
• Assist in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
