About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place stock in the correct shelf location until the assigned area is finished. As a Food Clerk in the Fresh departments, you help create a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience. The role involves helping customers, maintaining product displays, stocking and merchandising items, following food safety standards, and supporting store operations across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.

Responsibilities

Move stock from an l-cart or pallet and place it in the correct shelf location using the location codes on the boxes.

Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
