About The Position

This position is responsible for moving stock from a cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place products in the correct shelf location until the assigned area is complete. The role helps ensure shelves are stocked and the store is ready for customers each day. It involves working overnight and collaborating with store leadership to complete assigned areas on time, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace and providing respectful customer interactions when needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
