About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and providing a positive member experience. The role handles front desk tasks, supports members and prospective members, and helps maintain the club’s cleanliness and appearance. The position is in Eagan, Minnesota, and is listed as full-time/part-time with a night shift. Shifts consist of four 8-hour shifts, including at least one hour of deep cleaning and at least one hour of continued training.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective members and provide a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks, including answering information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, and taking prospective members on club tours.
• Make changes to member accounts as needed.
• Address member service issues and questions, referring them to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager when needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete at least one hour of deep cleaning per shift.
• Complete at least one hour of continued training per shift.
