About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and providing a positive member experience. The role handles front desk duties, member services, and club cleanliness. The position is located in Mounds View, Minnesota, and is listed as full-time/part-time with a night shift.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Communicate and interact with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.
• Actively listen, empathize with customers, and work together to solve problems.
• Recognize and define problems, analyze relevant information, encourage alternative solutions, plan resolutions, and seek additional assistance when needed.
• Demonstrate tact and skill in interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
• Stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
• Talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks, information calls, member check-ins, new member sign-ups, and tours for potential members.
• Make changes to members’ accounts as needed.
• Address member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete at least one hour of deep cleaning and at least one hour of continued training during each shift.
