About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and providing a positive member experience at the Sunray SR location in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role includes welcoming potential members, handling front desk tasks, assisting with membership accounts and member service issues, and helping keep the club clean and neat. The position is listed as full-time/part-time, with a night shift and an hourly salary range of $16.40–$18.40.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Communicate and interact with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.
• Actively listen, empathize with customers, and work together to solve problems.
• Recognize and define problems, analyze relevant information, encourage alternative solutions, plan resolutions, and seek assistance when needed.
• Demonstrate tact and skill in interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
• Talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks, including answering information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, and making necessary changes to member accounts.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete at least one hour of deep cleaning per shift.
• Complete at least one hour of continued training per shift.
