About The Position

The Overnight Conditioner stocks food and grocery products to prepare store shelves for the day ahead. The role involves moving products from carts or pallets and using the location codes on boxes to place items in the correct shelf locations. The employee also handles backstock and cardboard, works with leadership to complete assigned areas, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Friendly, respectful customer interactions may be needed, and other tasks may be assigned to support store operations.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately, using the location codes provided on boxes.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
