About The Position

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Housekeeping staff members to join our team. This team member plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and overall sanitation within facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all staff, visitors, and customers. As a Janitorial team member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining supplies, and contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises.

Requirements

• Able to work efficiently and at a fast pace.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day.
• Able to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms.
• Restocking restroom toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, and seat covers in offices or common areas.
• Cleaning offices, mopping floors, wiping meeting room tables and chairs, vacuuming carpets.
• Cleaning and vacuuming common area hallways, wiping down baseboards.
• Cleaning elevators and landings, wiping walls, buttons, railings, flooring.
