About The Position

The Overnight Caregiver supports people with developmental goals and complex needs, helping them grow, learn, live well, and participate in their community. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges. Caregivers build meaningful relationships with the people they serve and help with activities they enjoy, as well as goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

This is a part-time position scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. The pay rate is $9.00 per hour, with opportunities for approved overtime. The site location is Corinth/Denton, Texas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• At least one year of driving history without restrictions.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities
