About The Position

Sevita is hiring an Overnight Caregiver in Euless, Texas. The role supports people with developmental goals and helps them grow, learn, and live well. Caregivers build meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve, help participants engage in the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and support goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The position also involves assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. The pay rate is $9.00 per hour, with opportunities for approved overtime. Full-time employees receive a benefits package, paid time off, and holiday pay. Sevita also describes supervisory support, job stability, and learning and development resources.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
At least one year of driving history without restrictions.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
