About The Position

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak, a luxury senior living community in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking full-time and part-time Overnight Caregivers. The Caregiver assists residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their dignity and respect and following applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines. The role is offered on a night shift, with a full-time schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., or part-time/PRN hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
First Aid, CPR, or BLS certification required.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB screening.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform regular safety checks on residents.
Assist and encourage residents with daily living activities, responding promptly and kindly to their needs.
Read and follow care plans, including managing oxygen tanks and concentrators according to physician orders and resident needs.
Transport and assist residents into and out of beds and wheelchairs using proper safety, lifting, and transfer techniques; escort residents to meals, activities, and other transportation as requested or assigned.
Clean, complete laundry, and assist with other community activities and duties as required or assigned.
Chart and document appropriate information, including incident reports, and immediately communicate observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition to a supervisor.
Respond promptly to resident alerts, carry radios, and address emergencies and other resident requests as needed.
Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to support safe and efficient operations.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
Represent Clearwater Living’s principles and core values daily.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
