About The Position
Sevita is hiring an Overnight Caregiver in Paris, Texas. The caregiver supports people with developmental goals and complex needs, assists with personal hygiene, and helps participants take part in community life and favorite activities. The role involves building meaningful relationships and supporting participants with activities such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Caregivers may support individuals who have behavioral challenges. The schedule is overnight, 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., on rotating nights. Pay is $10.00 per hour, with opportunities for approved overtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver's license with one year of driving history without restrictions.
- Access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
- Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
