About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate female caregiver to provide overnight in-home support for a 32-year-old client in Lenexa, Kansas. The ideal candidate will be attentive, reliable, and experienced in providing personal care and overnight support while helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Current CPR certification
- Availability for overnight shifts
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and support
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers when required
- Provide medication reminders as authorized
- Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
- Follow the client's individualized care plan
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs
- Provide companionship and reassurance as appropriate
