About The Position
Woodley Building Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner in Lenexa, Kansas, to provide commercial cleaning services at assigned sites. The position offers full-time and part-time options and reports to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Remove trash and recyclables.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Notify management of maintenance or repair needs.
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance with company standards.
- Follow safety and security procedures at each site.
