About The Position

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We drive growth by improving efficiency, productivity, and scalability—allowing clients to focus on what matters most. We are seeking outside territory sales representattives to build new client relationships through face-to-face engagement. You’ll be responsible for prospecting within an assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers, and presenting Virtualite’s service solutions in person.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with in-person prospecting and relationship building
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage a territory independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outside or field sales is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business within a designated territory
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend customized service solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Track activity, leads, and deal progress in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions
