About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring and training agents for its National Marketing Organization to represent life, health, and fixed index annuity products. The role involves meeting in person with prospective clients who requested information and helping them understand which products they qualify for. It is not a work-from-home role, and agents need reliable transportation. No prior insurance experience is necessary; experienced agents and candidates from other industries are welcome. This is a commission sales role with flexible scheduling and company-provided leads. The company offers training, ongoing support, a broad carrier lineup, and a sales community. TAG is a family-owned organization founded in 1988, with representatives nationwide and more than 20 regional offices.
Requirements
- Be self-motivated; the role is commission-based.
- Have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be good with people.
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance-agent experience is welcome but not required.
