About The Position

Window Nation is growing fast, and we’re hiring driven, competitive sales professionals who want to build a high-income career, not just take another sales job. This is a field-based role with pre-set appointments, uncapped earnings, and significant independence. This role supports homeowners across Western New York, including: Buffalo, Orchard Park, Hamburg, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Lockport, Batavia, and Rochester. Candidates based within this region are strongly preferred due to travel requirements. Most reps travel across a large territory (often 80+ miles one way), spend several hours per day driving, and work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability. If you’re looking for a local, low-travel, or fixed-schedule role, this likely isn’t the right fit. Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Self-motivated and disciplined work style
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Run 2–3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners
  • Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment
  • Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps
  • Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline
