About The Position

Window Nation is growing rapidly and seeking driven, competitive sales professionals for a field-based Outside Sales Representative role. This position offers pre-set appointments, uncapped earnings, and significant independence, supporting homeowners across Western New York. The role involves running in-home sales appointments, delivering product presentations, closing deals, providing estimates and financing options, and managing follow-up. This is a territory-based role requiring travel and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. It is not suitable for those seeking a local, low-travel, or fixed-schedule position.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Self-motivated and disciplined work style
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Run 2-3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to meet homeowners
  • Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment
  • Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps
  • Manage follow-up and maintain sales pipeline
