About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team, introducing Clover, its cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solutions, to restaurant owners in the Des Moines, Iowa area. This is a 100% hunter, field-based role that involves engaging business owners at Restaurant Depot locations, arranging in-person meetings at their businesses, and using consultative selling to demonstrate how Clover can streamline operations and support revenue growth. The representative also installs Clover systems at client locations and provides hands-on training.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
Two years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
Two years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible.

Nice To Haves

Three years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot locations through face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and nurture client relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at restaurants and businesses.
Demonstrate Clover’s value and its ability to streamline operations and boost revenue.
Educate prospective customers about POS systems and online ordering platforms using deep product knowledge.
Convert leads into clients through personalized consultative selling strategies.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training.
Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within the Des Moines, Iowa area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations.
