About The Position

Senske is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Euless, Texas, to sell lawn care, landscape, and related outdoor services to homeowners and businesses. The role involves meeting customers in person, assessing property needs, presenting service options, generating and following up on leads, and providing estimates based on property measurements. The representative also promotes Senske programs, pursues cross-selling and upselling opportunities, builds customer relationships, supports satisfaction and account retention, and manages customer notes and sales opportunities in the CRM system. The position offers a base salary of $34,000–$40,000, with total expected compensation of $55,000–$75,000 or more through base pay and commission. The work is field-based and includes travel throughout the territory. Requirements

Outside sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Basic computer and mobile skills.
Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling throughout the territory.
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of outdoor, field-based work.
Must be at least 21 years old by the hire date.
