About The Position

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the Northeast territory based in Brighton, Colorado. This is a hands-on field sales role involving both sales and production; the mix may vary week to week according to business needs. The representative builds a territory, develops new business, strengthens customer relationships, and grows revenue while providing customer support in the field. The role involves face-to-face selling, independent outdoor work, and physical tasks. Top representatives earned $86,000–$125,000+ in 2026, while new representatives may earn less during their first year as they build their territory. Commission is uncapped.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb in and out of a truck, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfort with physical, dirty work and independent field work.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and GPS apps.
• Sufficient ability to read and speak English to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Ability to travel for required company-paid training and to have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.
