About The Position

Are you a self-motivated, results-driven salesperson with a passion for outdoor solutions? We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for high performers. You’ll be responsible for onsite measurements & quotes, building relationships, and closing deals with clients seeking artificial turf solutions.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in outside sales, preferably with artificial turf, pavers, construction service and/or landscape industry experience.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your designated territory.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, contractors, and landscape designers.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable turf products.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and market trends to remain competitive.
