This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth within the construction equipment industry. The role involves developing sales strategies, actively engaging with customers, preparing presentations, managing a customer database, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment. The company emphasizes a "Silver Service" approach and provides comprehensive training to its sales associates. The position also includes supporting the Sales Manager, performing data entry, and maintaining an organized workspace. The role requires flexibility in handling various physical tasks and working conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (related experience may substitute for educational requirements).
Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding "Silver Service" to Arnold Machinery customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow and maintain your customer base.
Actively reach out to customers to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations, with timely follow-up to secure business.
Build and expand the current customer database, ensuring it is updated regularly (at least monthly).
Maintain an accurate machine ownership list for customers, keeping track of equipment on the call list.
Provide financial guidance and marketing support to customers, helping facilitate sales when needed.
Ensure customers are invoiced promptly and that funds are received on time.
Cold call potential clients to develop new accounts and add them to your database.
Effectively manage sales-related expenses.
Support the Sales Manager with various tasks.
Perform data entry and other office-related duties as required.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
