About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses through a partnership selling model. The role combines home-office and in-field work, with a designated territory and opportunities to build and retain a book of business. Year 1 total on-target earnings are around $85,000; Year 2 earnings range from $100,000 to $120,000. Both include the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Compensation also includes a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement.

The position includes three weeks of classroom training, nine weeks of on-the-job field training, and ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Build a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and retain clients through strong account management, earning residual commissions for retained clients.
• Give virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
