About The Position

Devine Business Group is hiring high-performing, ambitious Outside Sales Representatives for a performance-based business-to-business sales role. Representatives meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees in their territory to offer supplemental insurance products. The role offers autonomy over the schedule, territory, and results while providing support from a team. Compensation includes starting draw pay, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives. The position is described as an independent contractor role.

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license; assistance and reimbursement are available.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities
