Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to consult with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments. The representative will diagnose issues affecting customers’ homes and recommend customized solutions. The role focuses on delivering a remarkable customer experience, building long-term customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Compensation is commission-only, with potential earnings of $120K+; the listed salary description is $140,000–$180,000. The company provides warm leads without cold calling, paid training, tools, a supportive culture, opportunities for career growth, and eligibility for a company car and gas card.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl, with unrestricted lifting ability.
- Ability to fit and work in a crawl space with approximately 18 x 18 clearance.
- Computer proficiency; training is provided.
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

- Construction background is helpful but not required.
