About The Position

Outside Sales Representatives, called Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend foundation repair and water management solutions. The role involves traveling within a sales territory to conduct in-home inspections, using warm pre-qualified leads to build and maintain a book of business, educating homeowners about issues and possible solutions, estimating repairs, preparing job proposals, closing sales in customers’ homes, and maintaining customer relationships while tracking the sales lead pipeline. Employees are expected to report to work reliably and on time each working day. The position is full-time and combines remote work with onsite work. Representatives report to and work remotely from a branch location while servicing an assigned territory. Reliable transportation is required. Nice To Haves

One to two years of sales experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer sales, and/or in-home sales is a plus.
Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities
